outside Frøya
Mid-Norways largest fishing village south of Lofoten
We are located just next to Froan Nature Reserve

Mausund consists of five islands: Måøy Litle-Aursøy StorAursøy Gjetøy and Gårdsøy that are bound togheter by bridges and piers
There are total of five kilometers way and about 250 permanent residents

We offer coustomized packages for groups and individuals with an emphasis on the experiences and proximiti to the marin environment and culture

Eagle safari
Every spring we are looking for nesting sites for eagles. In particular, we protect the nest while hatching. When the kids are out of the small, the eagle is less vulnerable. It is exciting to follow kids up to the adult age and they are able to fly.
The area has one of the largest population of white-tailed eagle.
SEAL SAFARI
Gray seals and horbor seals are the most common species, male ringed seals and greenlandsseal can be from time to time.
The haverten is very shy and not easy to get close to. They escape quickly when they feel threatened.
The seal is curious. In particular, kids are curious. In the nesting season one may now experience the place area has one of Europe`s largest population of grey seals and horbor seals.
NIGHT SAFARI
Have you seen the light coast at night with all its shades? Unforgettable.
On a night trip one can see Sunrise and sunset on the same trip.
Catch the light with a camera or a brush.

ACCOMODATION
The main apartment consists of six bedrooms with room for 20 people. Large dining room with capacity for 40 people and large living room with 2 sofa groups. There are two bathrooms and two toilets.
The kitchen is large fully equipped.
